New Features as of version 0.96

  This release is a bug-fix release, fixing two minor bugs so we can compile
  on 64-bit Linux platforms (OSF is already 64-bit)

   PTOOLS:  Updated the X-Midas build macros and cfg/*.cfg files so X-Midas
            will properly set OC_BYTES_IN_POINTER to 4 for a 32-bit platform
            and 8 for a 64-bit platform.  Unfortunately, anyone who wrote
            their own primitive will have to update their library.cfg and
            primitives.cfg files as done here.

   C++:  Added Makefile.Linux64 for 64-bit Linux platforms
